lightnings are so beautiful when your in a car

Sorry to Iris and ate KC for making you wait really loooong,
I had change of plans.
I don't feel like putting something I don't practice,
so I didn't write what I had in my mind...
cuz it would just make me a hypocrite,,,


i got thinking wen i was going home from bandung
when a long streak of lightning covered the sky
and makes me wonder...
So pretty much yeah...
so here it goes...




Have you ever thought of Power?
Why are we humans so attracted to this?
the beauty, the fear...

When something powerful is around
We look at it with awe and usually fear,

We would put it in paper for us to remember and share,
to remember the power in it,


just look at the lightning, such tremendous surge
imprisons us for a second in fear and adoration.


Power attracts us human beings...

look at the media, at national geography and discovery channel,
they tell tales of power,
powerful animals, and for some reason we just sit there and watch,
even though the possibilities of us meeting the creature is a million to one;


people with power,
we give them acknowledgment and praise,
put down their name in books
and they become eternal.


Look at paintings,
they tell tales that are powerful,
the ancient mountain,
the flowers in the field filled with colors so many.


Then as power parts,
we still give it attention,
we remember the powerful being it was
leaving an imprint on our brains

just as the powerful sun sets,
it paints the sky with its color.


Something that is powerful will always attract people,
either to look at it or experience it,
to be near it or away,
either to adore or to fear...



and as thought of power,
It pops up in my simple head
the All Powerful
The Ultimate Power,
the Almighty God that we have
and it is no wonder we adore such God
for He is so Powerful,
so beautiful to be loved and feared,
and it leaves us no reason not to adore Him...
